1 Introduction

444c operates an online gaming platform accessible at 444c.bio, offering sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, jackpot fishing games, and related entertainment services. The platform is designed and maintained to serve adult players, principally those located in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions, in a fair, transparent, and responsible manner.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the full legal framework governing the relationship between 444c and each registered player. 2 Definitions

3 Eligibility & Registration

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 444c platform. The existence of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 444c uses a combination of technical controls, device fingerprinting, and KYC cross-referencing to detect multiple account registrations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444c login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 444c will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where such losses arise directly from 444c's own negligence or technical failure.

• 444c reserves the right to close dormant accounts and return any remaining balance to the last verified payment method on record.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting 444c support. Any qualifying balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

5 Deposits & Payments

444c accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited to your 444c account balance in real time or within the processing timeframe indicated at the point of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the 444c cashier section at the time of deposit. These limits may be updated by 444c from time to time and are subject to change without notice, though we endeavour to communicate significant changes in advance.

• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• 444c does not charge processing fees on standard PKR deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 444c bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made by credit card, where accepted, may be subject to additional verification steps under our responsible gaming obligations.
• In the event a deposit is made in error or exceeds your intended amount, you must contact 444c support immediately. Refund requests for deposits already used to place bets cannot be accommodated.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 444c are subject to full KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity and payment method verification will not be able to process withdrawals until the required documents have been reviewed and approved by 444c's compliance team.

Standard withdrawal processing times on 444c are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and SadaPay are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours during business hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, or to a verified alternative method following a secondary verification process.

• 444c reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts, which may extend processing times beyond standard estimates.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and wagering-complete bonus conversions may be withdrawn.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, 444c may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email or support channel.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

444c offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms provide the overarching framework within which all individual promotion terms operate.

Unless an individual promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all 444c promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless a different expiry period is stated. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 444c platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that game's outcomes and settlement.

• Bets accepted on 444c's sportsbook are binding once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and displayed for that specific market.
• 444c reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the outcome has already been determined at the time of bet placement, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
• All RNG casino games on 444c use certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness. Game results are final once a round is concluded.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 444c's recorded data will be used to determine the outcome. Where no valid outcome can be established due to a verifiable technical fault, the bet or game stake will be refunded to the player's account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444c platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game or to exploit a promotion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 444c platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, data compilations, and the overall design of the platform, is the property of 444c or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444c platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the 444c platform without prior written consent from 444c.

11 Liability & Warranties

The 444c platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 444c takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and performance, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of technical issues at all times.

• 444c's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
• 444c is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside of 444c's direct control.

12 Responsible Gaming

444c is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

14 Amendments to These Terms
